01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Responsibility

Your ar555 account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and any communications sent through the platform.

• Keep your login credentials — your password and any security codes — confidential at all times. Do not share them with anyone.
• Do not allow other people to access or use your account, even family members. Each person must register their own account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone without your authorisation, contact ar555 support immediately.
• ar555 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.

ar555 may suspend or permanently close accounts that are found to be in violation of these terms, involved in suspicious activity, or where verification cannot be completed. In cases of confirmed fraud, any balance held in the account may be voided.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

ar555 processes all financial transactions in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistan players:

• Raast — bank-backed digital transfer
• Bank Transfer — processing times may vary
• Debit and Credit Cards — subject to card issuer processing

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the Deposit section. Deposits that fall below the minimum limit will not be credited to your account and may require manual resolution by support.

Withdrawal requests are processed by ar555 in the order they are received. Before a withdrawal can be approved, you may be required to complete account verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. ar555 does not charge withdrawal fees directly, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

ar555 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if the account shows signs of fraud, terms abuse, or unresolved bonus wagering requirements. Any funds resulting from fraudulent activity will be voided.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ar555 are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of betting:

• A bet is considered final and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the ar555 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where ar555 offers a specific cash-out or in-play editing feature for that market.
• ar555 displays odds in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change right up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of a match, event, or market being declared void for any reason — including abandonment, cancellation, or insufficient play — the stake for that selection will be returned to your account.
• ar555 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system error, or where it is determined that the outcome was already known to the bettor at the time of placement.
• For live in-play betting — including ball-by-ball cricket and over-by-over PSL markets — acceptance of bets is subject to a brief delay to allow for live data synchronisation. Any bets placed during this delay window will be confirmed or rejected based on the odds at the time of system acceptance.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed where applicable and may be adjusted for individual accounts at ar555's discretion.

Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 Internationals, ODIs, and ICC tournaments — are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant cricket board. In cases where results are subject to DLS method or official review, settlement will follow the official ruling once confirmed.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ar555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds or wagering progress that has not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds to ensure fair outcomes. Results cannot be influenced by ar555 or any player.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a live casino session, the round will be settled based on the outcome that occurred during that round. Where no outcome can be determined, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
